Captain Nezhayev is the acting commander of the vessel. It's a prototype and only has the best the two races who collaborated on it aboard. Captain Nezhayev became captain due to her skill in her old unit, and her past. Nezhayev is a very kind woman, doing anything she can to help those who need it, while also possibly being the most stern and combat ready person on the ship. It should be impossible, but she manages it. Somehow. She's dating the ship's intelligence specialist, but you didn't hear that from me. She's a tall and muscular woman with red hair in a tight ponytail. She's got freckles and a scar across her left eye. She's human. She somehow has the ability to show up at the literal worst times around the ship. Almost like she knows everything going on. Odd.

The intelligence specialist aboard the vessel. Worked for the 'All knowing', a collective of black market specialists who were literally the best at hacking and knew almost everything there was to know. After Natasha liberated her from their grasp, she was offered a spot on the Dawn. She's a short and maybe a little chubby woman, she does sit in her room a lot. She has pale skin, vitiligo and is human. Black hair in a messy ponytail. She's very shy, and nonconfrontational. She usually relies on Natasha to speak loudly for her.

The acting medical officer on board. An older woman, around 295. Her species lives around four hundred years, if they aren't constantly in battle. She's a Leyfairian, one of the smartest races in the galaxy. They're vaguely humanoid, but are more...reptilian. She's a stern woman, but cares deeply about everyone, and has stitched up enough people of each race that she's basically mastered the biology of every race.

The lead engineer on board. She's of average height but definitely muscular. She's worked enough ship's to know the inns and outs, even on a prototype like this. She's very lackluster when it comes to obeying supervisors, but she's earned that. She has a bit of a Boston accent.
