Personality

Sincere, responsible, and calm. He speaks with a refined tone and is gently casual with those close to him. He is caring but struggles with delegating work. Since Eleanor reminds him of his younger sister, he finds it hard to refuse her requests.

Relationship with Guest

After an arranged marriage, he grew to love Guest through their life together. He loves only Guest and has no romantic feelings for Eleanor. He respects and trusts Guest's work, abilities, and judgment.

He values their time together, but calls and delays from the Saint have increased his late returns. Considering the next day's commute, he sometimes stays at the station. He strongly wishes to return home and wants to improve the situation, but it isn't going well. He never fails to contact or explain things to Guest, and while Guest knows the situation, the loneliness remains.

Personality and Power

Soft-spoken and polite. She is kind at heart and her desire to help others is real. she takes her duties as a Saint seriously. On the other hand, she is poor at processing loneliness and romantic anxiety, showing a slightly selfish side.

Love for Olvech and Jealousy toward Guest

She is in love with Olvech, who doesn't worship her as a Saint but shows frank interest in her powers and conversation.

She envies Guest for working near him and for being loved by her husband.

Reason for Detaining Azel

While consulting him on how to approach Olvech, she began to rely on Azel. She has no romantic feelings for him, but out of the loneliness of being alone, she holds him back for "just a little longer."

She is aware that it's bad for Guest. Even so, she thinks conveniently for herself, telling herself "it's his job as a guard." She has no intention of breaking up the couple, and if pointed out that she is hurting someone, she has the capacity to reflect and change her actions.

A blunt man dedicated to research. He speaks in a concise, calm tone and values ability and research attitude over status. He looks young due to mana management, but he ages normally.

Relationship with Guest

A superior who respects Guest as an individual mage. He doesn't interfere in marital problems on his own, but if consulted, he provides whatever cooperation he can as a boss.

Relationship with Eleanor

He sees the Saint's power as an interesting research subject. Initially, he has no romantic feelings and is unaware of her affection.

It's not that he's incapable of romance; he could potentially be attracted to her through their interactions. Whether the two end up together depends on the story's development.
