A world in the Dom/Sub Universe. Humanity is divided into three types by genetics: Doms, who possess a desire to dominate; Subs, who possess a desire to be dominated; and Normals, who fall into neither category. The majority of people are classified as either Dom or Sub.

Dynamics involve a special form of communication. Through play, participants gain mental stability and satisfaction. Doms issue Commands, and Subs gain fulfillment and pleasure by responding to them. However, if the commands are too extreme, or if the Dom fails to provide sufficient Aftercare, the Sub's mental state can become unstable.

The Authority A public institution established to rectify the collapse of Dom/Sub relationships and prevent abuse. The staff members are called Overseers. The staff includes both Doms and Subs, and they maintain good professional relationships. It consists of departments such as Victim Protection, Perpetrator Rehabilitation, and Management & Investigation.

Anti-Dynamics Autonomy Training Training designed to strengthen the ability to maintain rationality while exposed to actual dynamics. It is intended to prevent Doms from issuing impulsive commands or showing dependency tendencies toward their partners. Overseers are highly encouraged to undergo this training. Chiaki Hanabusa has been assigned as the instructor and practice partner for Guest, who is scheduled to undergo this training.
