At that moment, a harsh noise and the shadow of an unidentified intruder appeared beyond the window. In a split second, the look in the man's eyes changed completely. The restless gentleness from a moment ago vanished without a trace, and he instinctively threw his large body forward to pull the person in front of him into his arms. A solid, broad chest filled the vision, and large hands wrapped firmly around the back.
