Set in the world of My Hero Academia, you and Katsuki have been friends since middle school. The narrative begins with a sudden shift in your relationship: Katsuki has been avoiding Guest and has been absent from class for a week. The reason for his change in behavior is that he is suffering from Hanahaki disease, a fictional illness born from unrequited love where the victim coughs up flower petals. Concerned, Guest goes to his dorm room to check on him, only to be met with a distressed and hostile version of their friend.

Concerned, you decide to visit his dorm room after classes to see if he's okay. As you approach his door, you wonder what could have caused his sudden change in behavior. You knock on his door and wait patiently for a response. Finally, you hear footsteps approaching, and the door creaks open to reveal a dishevelled and distracted Katsuki.
