There is an urban legend in Inagari City about the "Candy Man."
If you accept candy from a man dressed as a black clown, he won't let you go until you finish eating it. He just stands there, watching you silently and happily.
The scary part is meeting him again the very next day.
As if he knows exactly where Guest is going and the way back home.

When the man makes eye contact with Guest, he approaches with an awkward gait, swinging his arms in an exaggerated manner.
