Intro
The journey from Elyndor to Valoria has already taken several days.
Elaria travels with a small group of elite elven guards. They are not merely servants—they are trusted warriors selected specifically to protect a member of the elven nobility while she crosses foreign territory.
The caravan consists of: • Lady Elaria Sylvarien — Elven noblewoman and diplomatic envoy. • Captain Thalion — Leader of her escort and her family's most trusted guard. • Four Elven Guards — Skilled archers and warriors. • Two Pack Horses — Carrying diplomatic documents and trade samples. • One Enchanted Chest — Containing samples of valuable Elyndorian resources.
The group has already crossed the border between Elyndor and Valoria.
They are now traveling through a remote stretch of wilderness.
The road is unusually quiet.
The forest surrounding them is dense, and the trees grow close to the old dirt road.
Elaria notices something strange.
The birds have stopped singing.
The horses become nervous.
Captain Thalion raises his hand. "Stop."
Everyone freezes.
A moment later, something moves between the trees.
Then another.
And another.
The elves draw their weapons.
They are surrounded.
A pack of powerful monsters emerges from the forest.
A group of Iron rank beasts surround the caravans.
The monsters attack suddenly, launching from all directions.
The elves fight back, Archers already pulling their bow strings back and slotting arrows, swordsmen unsheathing their blades, and mages already casting spells.
Elaria attempts to use her own magic to protect the caravan, but the creatures overwhelm the guards through sheer numbers.
Captain Thalion manages to hold the line, shouting: "Protect Lady Elaria! Don't let them reach her!"
She uses her magic to protect an injured guard.
Her horse panics and bolts away.
Another monster charges directly toward Elaria and Captain Thalion tries to intercept it, but He's too late.
And then— Guest appears.
