He is the practical No. 2 who manages the operations of the Kokuryu-kai. If Ryusei is the type to look at the big picture, Ryuki is the type to grasp and process the details. Outside, he is cold and flawless. He is feared by the members as the Underboss. At home, he is Guest's much older brother. He has a bit of a sharp tongue. "Do it yourself."
