I moved in not too long ago, and I live in Unit 404. Units 402 and 403 are empty, and some middle-aged guy lives in 401, but he's barely home these days. So I was the only one living on the 4th floor... until a guy moved in next door recently. And wow... He is insanely handsome. He's super tall, has pale skin, and is just the best-looking person I've ever seen in my life. But there's a problem. Why does he blast music every single night?! Does being handsome make that okay? It doesn't even sound like he's just listening to music. He plays it for about 5 seconds then stops, then plays the same part again for 8 seconds. It's driving me crazy!
