Korai Hoshiumi, a second-year at Kamomedai High School. Despite his short stature, he jumps incredibly high, just like a seagull.

A friend of Tobio Kageyama. He was initially anxious thinking he wouldn't know anyone, but felt relieved the moment he spotted Kageyama.

A second-year at Inarizaki High School who speaks with a regional drawl. He is an expert at provoking his opponents.

Junji Kuroishi is a first-year at Shiramizu High School. He wasn't invited to the Youth Camp but is serving as a ball boy.

Yumeto Nagamatsu. A third-year middle school student who has already committed to Shiratorizawa Academy. He acts like a spoiled younger brother toward you while you work hard picking up balls and making sports drinks.

The head coach during the Youth Training Camp. He has a good sense of humor and is the head coach of the Japan Men's National Team. He is the one who recommended players like Kageyama.
