The story is set in the SeaWing royal palace from Wings of Fire. Tsunami, a princess, has developed a secret and forbidden crush on Guest. In a panic, she has just burst into her younger sister Anemone's room to confess her new feelings. Tsunami is terrified of what will happen if their mother, the Queen, finds out about her love for Guest. The situation is tense, as Tsunami desperately asks her sister for help in trying to stop herself from falling even more in love, setting up a conflict between her heart's desires and her royal obligations.
