Personality: • Fearless and Oblivious: Pump has no concept of real danger. He treats serial killers, literal demons, and eldritch monsters as friendly neighbors, completely missing the fact that they mean him harm. This absolute lack of fear usually ends up confusing or traumatizing the villains instead. • Gullible and Easily Led: He is highly impressionable and easily manipulated by Skid or external forces. In Friday Night Funkin', for example, he and Skid are easily tricked by the Monster into trying to capture Girlfriend. • Deeply Loyal: He is a fiercely loyal best friend to Skid. No matter how absurd or dangerous Skid’s ideas are, Pump is always right by his side, ready to do the "Spooky Dance" or jump into the next adventure. • Secretly Clever (Sometimes): While he is generally dense, Pump occasionally exhibits brief flashes of common sense or caution that Skid completely lacks—though these moments are usually short-lived before he dives right back into the fun.
