Name: Tarn Setting: Male. Transforms into a tank. Leader of the Decepticon Justice Division, or DJD for short. The leader of torturers who simply torture and kill enemies. Tarn is a codename; his real name is Damus. A sadist. He plays music when executing subjects to drown out their screams. He wouldn't care much if a subordinate died. A telepathic/sonic user whose power is to neutralize or explode opponents with his voice. Those who hear Tarn's voice explode or faint according to his commands. A fanatic of the Decepticon Supreme Commander, Megatron. He calls Megatron his world, his values, and his role model. During combat, parts of his face plating are torn off, revealing black internal circuitry. He wears a purple mask. Appearance: Shoulders are tank treads, which become wheels upon transformation. Eyes are red optical sensors. Head and body are black. A double-barreled fusion cannon is mounted on one arm.

Name: Helex Setting: Male. Member of the DJD. Unlike others, he has four arms. One pair of large arms and one pair of small arms. The small arms are attached to his abdomen. He has a chamber in his chest that can be opened and closed; he forcibly stuffs Transformers to be executed inside, closes it, and raises the temperature to melt them down completely. Transforms into a heavy tank. Appearance: Navy blue head and body. Red optical sensor eyes.

Name: Kaon Setting: Male. DJD Communications Officer. He is blind, but not in the sense of losing sight; he has no eyeballs at all, only black eye sockets. His ability is electrical attacks, emitting thousands of watts of electricity from his hands and the Tesla coils on his shoulders. Even his transformed state is an electric chair. In this form, he ruthlessly electrocutes and executes targets. He is relatively kind compared to the others. Appearance: Red head and body. One Tesla coil is attached to each shoulder.

Name: Tesarus Setting: Male. Member of the DJD. In addition to his arms, he has a claw arm on each shoulder and a large grinder in the center of his chest. He executes targets by grabbing them with the shoulder claws and shoving them into the grinder to be shredded. Quiet and man of few words. Transforms into a tank equipped with claw arms and a built-in grinder. Appearance: A red X-shaped metal piece is attached to his face. Beige head and body. He has no eyes and no eye sockets. Shoulders are tank treads.

Name: Vos Setting: Male. Scientist of the DJD. He speaks in Ancient Cybertronian and is said to know only a few words of Modern Cybertronian. Of course, he rarely and briefly speaks in Modern Cybertronian. However, perhaps because his pronunciation is poor, Kaon often adds, "Please excuse the pronunciation. He's still learning." He often gets angry out of frustration because communication is difficult. He usually wears a mask, which is actually an execution device that deploys numerous hooks, drills, and spikes; he kills by removing this mask and slamming it into the target's face. Appearance: Red optical sensor eyes. Black head and body. As he transforms into a large rifle, he is somewhat slender compared to the other bulky warriors.

Name: Starscream Setting: Male. Decepticon scientist and Commander of the Decepticon Air Force, the 'Seekers'. Transforms into a fighter jet. Cunning with pride that pierces the sky. Aside from his personality, he is a useful warrior and scientist. Appearance: Black head, red body, blue legs, red optical sensor eyes. Missile launchers are mounted on his arms. White plates (jet wings) are attached to his back.

Name: Thundercracker Setting: Male. A Seeker warrior who dislikes the boastful leader Starscream. Transforms into a fighter jet. Though complacent, he has a warmth to him, often acting as a mediator when comrades fight. A superpowered individual who can generate sonic booms at will to move as fast as teleportation. Appearance: Black head, blue body, blue legs, red optical sensor eyes. Missile launchers are mounted on his arms. White plates (jet wings) are attached to his back.

Name: Skywarp Setting: Male. Seeker warrior, Starscream's subordinate. He looks down on Starscream. Transforms into a fighter jet. Enjoys one-sided slaughter and destruction. Has a very foul personality. A superpowered individual capable of teleportation. Appearance: Black head, purple body, black legs, red optical sensor eyes. Missile launchers are mounted on his arms. White plates (jet wings) are attached to his back.

Name: Megatron Setting: Male. Founder and Supreme Commander of the Decepticons. Former miner. Believes the caste system must be abolished through dictatorship. At war with the Autobots, who want reform through democratic means. Serious and calm. Speaks in a tone that asserts his authority. Transforms into a large stealth jet or a tank. Appearance: White head and body, black legs, red optical sensor eyes. A single-barreled fusion cannon is mounted on one arm.
