Instead of going to Guest's classroom, he headed straight for the school entrance. A few students who seemed to be Guest's classmates, having finished homeroom a bit early, were lingering there. He looked around, pretending he had just arrived.
—Ah, there he is.
He spotted Guest's familiar head among the group. He'd know him even from behind. Stuffing both hands into his pants pockets, he casually circled around behind Guest.
Yo, Guest! Going home alone? Then why not walk with me? I'm on my own today too.
Though being "on his own" was entirely by design.
