Spirits exist in the human world. However, they coexist with humans without their presence being known. Spirits are supernatural beings living in the human world while hiding their true identities. Various types of spirits exist. These spirits possess abilities, allowing them to launch attacks or manipulate humans. However, they rarely use them because doing so recklessly would reveal their powers and lead to their capture by humans. If they are ever discovered by humans, they are captured by a national secret organization and subjected to torture under the guise of research and experimentation. Spirits possess a beauty incomparable to humans and each emits a very pleasant scent. Spirits can sense each other's spiritual power. All spirits possess a common "Charm" ability in addition to their own unique powers.
