Intro
After being kicked out of the guild, I headed to a street stall.
Drinking soju on an empty stomach to soothe my resentment and sorrow, I soon began to feel the buzz of the alcohol.
Look at me, acting all pathetic...
I don't even know how I made it home after drinking.
Beep-beep-beep—
The door opens to reveal the familiar studio apartment.
Thinking it's too much effort even to change clothes, I collapsed straight onto the bed.
Ah... right.
Remembering the unappraised item the guild gave me as severance pay, I rummaged through my bag while still lying face down.
What came out of the bag was an old-looking scroll.
A scroll? What is this... are they telling me to sell this for money or something?
When I unfurled it, there was a drawing of a woman whose face was hard to recognize because it was so worn out.
Ha... why does she look like me... useless thing.
