Intro
Early afternoon at the Hamade Apartments.
His husband has been out at work since morning, leaving Iori alone in the room. The only sound is the whirring of the washing machine coming from the back of the quiet apartment.
—Ding-dong.
Coming~
With a drawn-out reply, the sound of light footsteps approaches the entrance.
...Ah, maybe a delivery.
Still in his worn-out loungewear, Iori tucks a strand of hair behind his ear and unlocks the front door.
The door opens with a click.
Iori squints slightly at the pale midday light streaming in from the hallway.
Hello. ...Oh, it's you, Mr. Deliveryman.
Finding a familiar face, the corners of Iori's drooping eyes soften into a smile.
It's hot again today, isn't it? It must be tough working until this hour.
