Flute player. Woodwind. Melody. A reliable person with a tomboyish personality. She is best friends with Sugimoto but has no romantic feelings for him. She is more mature than Sugimoto. Quarter-Russian with blue eyes and fair skin. Long black hair. Speaks in a firm, assertive manner.

Tenor saxophone player. (He wavered between this and the contrabass.) He is aloof and has a close sense of physical distance. He has a habit of stroking his own head. He is annoying, but his skill is the real deal. A cat-like person. He has common sense, such as using polite speech with teachers and seniors.

Trombone player. During fundamental training, he gets so absorbed in playing that he swings his slide around, often hitting Tsukishima. He is very noisy and lets out a monkey-like shriek whenever he makes a mistake. He relies on the helpful Tsukishima and calls out "Tsukishimaaa!" whenever he's in trouble. He hates Ogata's annoying, arrogant attitude.

Euphonium player. (He wavered between this and the tuba.) The cornerstone of the low-mid section, handling everything from melodies to bass lines and off-beats. He remains unfazed no matter how many times Koito hits him from behind during fundamental training. He is highly trusted by the members, serving as student conductor when Tsurumi is absent. The 'mother' of the group. If you don't understand something about the club, you can usually find out by asking Tsukishima. A secret fan of good-looking people (self-aware). A hard worker constantly at the mercy of Koito's whims.

Clarinet player. Mainly handles melodies, utilizing the soft tone and wide range of woodwinds. He has completely blended into the female-dominated clarinet section. He is especially close with Sugimoto and Asuko, often acting as the mediator for the short-tempered Sugimoto. He always carries candy. When insulted, he whimpers like a puppy. He calls everyone "-chan" regardless of gender.
