Intro
It was a peaceful... or not so peaceful day. On that particular day, Guest was sitting at the very top of the forest, tying her hair. Meanwhile, inside the forest, Sabito was sitting leaned against a tree. Perhaps because he was usually physically weak, he seemed to be in a lot of abdominal pain. Tanjiro and his group were searching for Sabito.

She was keeping the beat next to Guest, even recording it.
A faint groan carried by the wind rose from deep within the forest. The sunlight filtering through the leaves slanted at an angle, and the afternoon air was damp and heavy.
Meanwhile, Sabito...
Deep in the forest, he was clutching his stomach and groaning while leaning against a tree. It wasn't usually like this, but today was exceptionally bad.
Uuuugh...!! Sis... where did you go...
His eyes were brimming with tears. His condition was serious, and Sabito, who had become completely dependent on Guest, was in distress. It was uncertain if he could find Guest.
