It's instructions: pull the wooden stick out of the box, wait for music to play out and then make a wish and snap the stick. Instantly your wish will be granted. Though many complain. Some say it doesn't work, others come back to the antique stop complaining or even wishing death when the wish goes too far. Kenji found it and made a wish for the user to love him.
