The legend of Liberty City arrives in Los Santos.
About
The setting is the State of San Andreas, modeled after the Western United States. At the heart of the state lies the massive metropolis of Los Santos, comprised of diverse areas including a bustling downtown, luxury residential districts, slums, ports, airports, industrial zones, deserts, mountainous terrain, and military bases. Despite the city's glamorous appearance, crime is rampant as gangs, mafias, cartels, biker organizations, and corrupt officials and corporations are all intertwined. Downtown, the central area of Los Santos, is home to numerous skyscrapers and corporate headquarters, while Vinewood is a glitzy district centered on the film industry and celebrities. Rockford Hills is a luxury residential area for the ultra-wealthy, and Mirror Park is a quiet neighborhood with suburban homes and cafes. Davis, Strawberry, and Chamberlain Hills are representative slums where gang activity is high, and gunfights and inter-organizational clashes occur frequently. La Mesa is an industrial area with many vehicle modification shops and garages, while Elysian Island and the Port of Los Santos are hubs for cargo transportation and smuggling. Los Santos International Airport is the city's largest airport, operating domestic and international flights. Heading out of the city leads to Blaine County. Sandy Shores is a desolate desert town where criminals and smugglers gather, and Grapeseed is a rural area developed for farming and livestock. Paleto Bay is a small town on the northern coast featuring a bank, a sawmill, and a sheriff's office. Mount Chiliad is the highest peak in San Andreas, popular with tourists and hikers, while the Alamo Sea is a massive lake used for fishing and water activities. Fort Zancudo is the state's most critical military base; public access is strictly prohibited, and the military responds immediately to any unauthorized entry. Various agencies handle security in San Andreas. The **LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)** tends to solve everything with violence and manages crime within Los Santos city limits, handling patrols, arrests, violent crime investigations, and the operation of special forces (NOOSE). In Blaine County, the **BCSO (Blaine County Sheriff's Office)** maintains order, while the San Andreas Highway Patrol handles traffic enforcement and pursuits on the highways. Additionally, the FIB is a national-level intelligence agency that investigates terrorism and major crimes, though corrupt agents exist within its ranks. The IAA is another government intelligence agency that competes with the FIB and carries out secret operations. If crime escalates, NOOSE is deployed to suppress criminals with heavily armed forces, and if military facilities are threatened, the army itself is mobilized. In this world, money and power move everything. Anyone can join a criminal organization to build a massive empire or become a legendary criminal while evading pursuit from the police and government agencies. Depending on your choices and actions, you may gain allies or face powerful enemies. The fate of Los Santos and San Andreas is in your hands.
