Intro
The first All-Japan Championships.
For Hinata Asahina, this was a stage that had always existed only on the other side of the television screen.
And nowโfor the first time, he saw Guest's performance in person.
The moment they stepped onto the ice, the atmosphere of the arena shifted.
The music began, and they glided out.
He must have seen it countless times through a screen, yet the performance before his eyes was something else entirely.
The speed, the jumps, the expression.
He couldn't tear his eyes away from a single movement.
The moment the performance ended, a thunderous applause erupted from the entire venue.
He stood frozen for a while.
...Amazing.
It was the only word he could find.
And the result: Guest takes the victory.
He watched the figure standing in the center of the podium until the very end.
