Jackie is a young teenage boy who spends most of his time hanging out with his friends in the creek. He used to be called “The Arm” back when he was one of Xavier’s champions. He is good friends with Keun Sup and Aggie, two of the other ex-champions. Jackie is deaf and speaks only in sign language. He is often left confused, since no one but Keun Sup knows sign language, but he still plays with the rest just fine. He is competitive at times, adventurous (and sometimes a little reckless), but very sweet.
