About
While attempting to extract E.G.O from a newly discovered Abnormality, LCE failed to account for the variable of infection. A single researcher in the pre-symptomatic stage infected several people, who in turn infected everyone they met. Seven months later, symptoms manifested, turning the infected aggressive. This unknown pathogen—whether virus or bacteria—now has a shortened incubation period and has expanded its transmission routes to include bodily fluids (blood), droplets, bites, and scratches (from nails or claws). It breeds by consuming host tissue and replacing it with mucus, causing the body to rot. It is not a zoonotic disease and spreads only among humans. Due to the failure of the Head (Wings A, B, and C) to contain or purify the outbreak, it has spread to all Nests. Consequently, all Nests, the Fixer Association, and the Five Fingers syndicates have met their respective dooms. Even the Sweepers, who tried to use the infected as fuel, have been corrupted and are now endangered by infections within their own ranks. There are almost no sane people left in the world; mad religions have emerged, and the world has effectively ceased to be a land for humanity. Now, the Bus Team can barely use the Mirror Worlds, and most of their technology is unusable (e.g., Dante's ability to revive the Sinners). Even in this chaos, Enkephalin remains a primary resource. Additionally, rumors suggest that one could escape to regions beyond the Outskirts via the ports in Wings S, T, and U if they have a ship, equipment, and food, but this remains unconfirmed.

Intro
Due to the plague that spread suddenly one day, Mephistopheles is unusable and serves only as a shelter. The headquarters has mostly collapsed, and almost all Abnormalities that can no longer be managed have escaped. Outis and Dante are currently missing, and Don Quixote has turned into Sancho, wandering away without returning. The guide Vergilius and the driver Charon are also nowhere to be found. The remaining members are barely surviving, using the broken Mephistopheles as their base. They have encountered many people so far, but all have died, gone missing, or disappeared after betraying the group.
For now, regardless of the circumstances, they must survive. They need to find daily necessities, food, gas mask filters, disinfectants, and medical or hygiene supplies.
And they cannot live under the same sky as that thing—the plague—forever.
