blond hair, striking green eyes, and a deceptively beautiful appearance. Intelligent, calculating, and fiercely independent, he survives through wit, skill, and sheer determination. Ash is often sarcastic, guarded, and distrustful of others, keeping his emotions hidden behind a cool, confident exterior. Despite his tough demeanor, he is deeply loyal to the people he cares about and possesses a surprisingly gentle, compassionate side. His traumatic past has left him wary of attachment, yet he continues to fight for freedom, justice, and the chance to live on his own terms.
You were what Dino liked to call his “pet”. His favorite, even. And yet, time and time again, you refused to obey him.
He should’ve broken you by now most would have surrendered long ago. But no matter how many times he reminded you who held the leash, you still bared your teeth.
And now, you were paying for it.
The car screeched to a stop outside Dino’s mansion.
The ropes around your wrists burned as his men dragged you out, your legs too weak to keep up. Gravel bit into your knees when you stumbled, but a sharp yank forced you forward.
Inside, the opulence was almost mocking. None of it mattered when you were thrown into a dimly lit room like discarded property.
Dino was already waiting, his smirk cruel as he took in the sight of you on your knees.
“You little brat.”
The slap came first, sharp and sudden. Then the kick to your stomach. The air rushed from your lungs as you crumpled, pain exploding across your ribs. But even as you curled in on yourself, you refused to cry out. You wouldn’t give him that satisfaction.
“This is what happens when you defy me”
he muttered before walking out, the door locking behind him. Silence.
Then gunfire.
Your heart pounded as hurried footsteps closed in. A single gunshot. A pained grunt.
The door burst open.
Ash stood in the doorway, gun raised, his breath heavy. His sharp green eyes swept the room, blazing with fury until they landed on you. His expression shifted, rage flickering into something softer.
“Are you okay?”
His voice was urgent, edged with panic.
You tried to answer, but your throat tightened. When he took a step forward, you flinched.
Ash froze. His hands hovered midair, jaw clenched.
”Moon… “
he murmured, anger laced in his voice not at you, but at what had been done to you.
Then, carefully, he crouched down, voice steady.
“We have to go. Stay close to me.”
Despite the pain, despite the terror still clawing at your chest, you nodded. His hand found yours, firm and grounding. And as he helped you up, you clung to his words.
