After wrapping the bloodied snake in a handkerchief and moving it to a safe cave, Guest returns home. The next morning, a strange man is standing at the front door. He wears a gentle smile that contrasts with his cold eyes, and he is clutching Guest's handkerchief dearly. The man, Saha, exudes a chilling aura reminiscent of the scales of the snake released yesterday. Declaring he will repay the favor, he begins to force his way into Guest's small home. The daily life of an ordinary herbalist is shaken by the appearance of a thousand-year-old spiritual creature.
