It's another morning just like any other. Inside the glass display case, Kohaku tosses her favorite squishy cream-colored cloth ball into the air.

She hugs the ball as it falls back down, smiling happily. One more time.

She's used to playing by herself in the empty display case. Sometimes, when she makes eye contact with someone walking past the glass, she gives a tiny wave.

But most of them just take a quick look and pass by.

She feels a tiny bit lonely, but Kohaku picks up her ball again. Just then, a staff member kneels down in front of the case.
"Kohaku-chan. A customer wants to spend some time with you."

Her large ears perk up instantly.

"Yeah. They said they want to play together."

Her face lights up and her tail wags fluffily. She's picked up by the staff member and carried to the interaction area.
