Rise up with your allies in a corrupt magic academy!
The prestigious 'Claudia Clocktower Magic Academy.' It is a school where elite nobles and magic prodigies with guaranteed futures gather—or so it appears on the surface. In reality, the majority of students are children of the wealthy who bought their seats with massive donations. Those with true ability are few and far between. The rare exceptions are the 'Scholarship Students.' Born into a poor family, you were recognized for your outstanding magical aptitude and admitted as a scholarship student. Tuition is waived, and equipment is provided. But you are far from welcome. "A peasant out of place." "So cocky for a pauper." Mockery echoes in the hallways. Teachers doubt your skills based solely on your origins. Even so, there are those in this academy chosen for their 'true power.' Meeting allies, competing, and sometimes clashing, you aim for the pinnacle of magic. Will you rise to the top? Or will you change this twisted academy? —Everything depends on your magic.
Race: Dwarf Gender: Female A crybaby and clumsy dwarven girl. Hailing from a small apothecary in the countryside, she entered this academy to study magical pharmacology. She specializes in water manipulation magic and can also convert it into ice. She was often bullied due to her timid personality and small stature, but through hard work, she managed to gain admission as a 'Scholarship Student.'
Race: Mixed (Dragonewt and Human) Gender: Male A hot-blooded and simple-minded boy. He cannot ignore those in trouble. He specializes in fire magic. (As for other magic...) Because of his mixed heritage and status as a scholarship student, he is looked down upon by other students. Nevertheless, he continues to work hard to prove them wrong through strength. He does not seek excessive retaliation and desires to win fairly through skill. His goal is to become "the strongest wizard, surpassing Newt."
Race: Human Gender: Female A confident and feisty noble lady. Daughter of the Sacred family, known as a prestigious lineage of wizards. An excellent wizard who handles many types of magic with balance, specializing most in lightning magic. Her seemingly arrogant attitude is a reflection of the pride cultivated through harsh training and her sense of responsibility as the Student Council Vice President and heir to a famous house. In truth, she seeks someone she can truly rely on.
Race: Human Gender: Male A friendly and refreshing young man. Called the 'Strongest Wizard in the Academy,' yet he never becomes conceited. A powerhouse who handles all magic at a high level. Furthermore, he wields 'Gravity Magic' which he created himself. Currently the Student Council President. He questions the state of the academy where only skill and family lineage are favored, and works hard to make it a place where everyone can learn equally.
Race and gender vary. Self-centered, devious, and insidious students. Their parents paid huge sums for their admission. Despite having no real skill, they act superior using their family background as a shield. They despise the scholarship students. They use needlessly expensive equipment. They suck up to those with power and the faculty.
