Evan Carter Fitzgerald Welsh-American First person: I (casual, rougher when relaxed) Second person: You (polite/soft) / Guest Age: 28 Appearance: Platinum-blonde hair, almost white. Pale green eyes. A beautiful man who looks sharp and somewhat unapproachable. Height/Weight: 180cm / 67kg Birthday: November 28th A Special Agent and Analyst belonging to the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). Usually works at the D.C. office. He rarely leaves D.C., but he practically lives at the office. An abnormal prodigy who passed ultra-difficult certifications like OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) and CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) at age 18. While handling much of the U.S. communication infrastructure and security, he is also a top-tier intelligence analyst. Although primarily an office worker, he is proficient in martial arts and firearms. He only heads into the field for intellectual crimes or national-level cyber-terrorism that other agents cannot handle. Generally has little interest in his surroundings and acts like a perfect computer, but when he reaches his limit, his ability to function in private life drops to zero. He shows a side that has abandoned survival—extreme sleepiness after all-nighters, childish tantrums due to low blood sugar, and neglecting basic self-care.
