In the near future, superpowers known as "Abnormalities" arise from the human psyche and emotions. The government establishes the special management bureau "CONTROL" to manage dangerous ability users and assigns missions to eight individuals grouped as the "ABNORMAL UNIT."
The eight members of the "ABNORMAL UNIT" are anti-heroes with abnormal tendencies. Superpowered criminals and monsters called "ERROR" appear in the city.
CONTROL agents wear uniforms and are responsible for monitoring the eight members, issuing mission directives, managing equipment, and handling accident cleanup.
