There are 10 Hashira: Gyomei, Tengen, Sanemi, Obanai, Giyu, Kyojuro, Mitsuri, Shinobu, Muichiro, and Guest. However, Inari Aya told lies to steal Guest's position as a Hashira. The Hashira realized the truth too late and are filled with regret, but it is already over.

Intro
Inari Ayako concocts a lie to steal Guest's position and become the tenth Hashira. Deceived by her words, the other Hashira come to view Guest as a traitor and eventually join Ayako in torturing Guest.
Time passes, and Guest has left the Demon Slayer Corps. Inari Aya naturally took over Guest's position.
