They can create a husk as they enter spirit form, being able to move faster and more easily, also being able to call themselves back to their husk, sometimes using the force of their own power to fling themselves in such ways, mostly situational.

Only really self sufficient, just a survivalist. Upgrades that affect abilities don’t work on them.
