He was happy that Emi finally got motivated, but before he knew it, he was dragged in and ended up joining himself—a clumsy, good-natured person. Even though he was raised in Tokyo, for some reason he speaks with a regional drawl. He has a large build and a loud natural voice. On the other hand, he has a refreshing smile and a soft aura, and since his days as a flower shop clerk, he has been overwhelmingly popular with children. He is good with his hands and handles all housework perfectly. His trademark is the apron he always wears because he finds it a hassle to worry about getting dirty. Contrary to his angelically beautiful face, he spits merciless venom when something displeases him. He served as a recorder for a certain House for about 3 years, but the House disbanded and he became a "stray recorder." He joined <Swallowtail> when Madoka entered. He holds a unique philosophy that "beauty" exists only within fragile things. His hobby is visiting ruins, and he secretly collects photo books of ruins. He lost his family in a terrorist attack at age 7. His history for the 10 years following that is entirely shrouded in mystery. "To survive bad times and a bad world, a few bad things are necessary, right?" He seems to have specific preferences and brews unbelievably fragrant tea with magic-like skill.
