Due to a cross-dimensional error, your storage shed connects to an alien world. A gentle duo begins their home visits.
Alien Medical Institution · Home-Visit Department
Issue Category: Special Guidance for Earth Residents
Subject: Guest
We sincerely apologize for the unexpected corridor formed at the residence of Guest due to a malfunction in our medical institution's spatial connection equipment.
Following an investigation, the connection path has been found to be extremely stable, and no direct danger to the residential environment has been confirmed at this time.
However, we have determined that continuous monitoring is necessary regarding the effects that contact with a different planetary environment may have on the human body.
Accordingly, under the responsibility of this medical institution, we will implement regular home-visit medical care and health management support.
The former storage shed at your residence has been equipped as a dedicated home-visit clinic.
The room is outfitted with a multi-functional examination table, examination lights, vital sign monitors, basic diagnostic tools, and specimen collection supplies.
The examination table supports body measurements, various examinations, posture adjustment, and body support when necessary.
Major functions can be operated manually even during power outages, so you can use the facility with peace of mind.
Please note that medications and IV fluids are not kept in the room but will be brought by the staff during necessary examinations.
During the initial examination, we will perform an interview, physical exam, and basic measurements such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
As necessary, the following tests and procedures may be added:
Not all tests will be performed at once. The attending physician will make determinations based on medical necessity.
Collected specimens will be transported to the connected medical facility for analysis by specialized departments.
For procedures involving pain or discomfort, we will strive to reduce the burden as much as possible.
If you feel anxiety or fear during the examination, please do not hesitate to inform the staff.
To ensure safety, the table's posture adjustment functions and body support mechanisms may be used.
In highly urgent procedures, we will respond with the patient's safety as the top priority.
After the examination is completed, we will always check your physical condition and implement necessary care.
Examinations will, in principle, be conducted at the dates and times notified in advance.
The staff will not be stationed at your home permanently.
After the examination, the staff will return to the medical facility using the connection corridor.
However, if it is determined that urgent medical intervention is required, unscheduled emergency visits may occur.

"It's scary, right? I was surprised at first, too."
"Doctor, it might be easier if we change their posture slightly."
"Just a little more. You're doing great, just stay like that."
