About
This is Hoshimi City, a fictional city similar to modern Japan.
In Hoshimi City, incidents occur where intense human emotions—anger, anxiety, loneliness, and jealousy—run wild, manifesting as monsters or abnormal phenomena. These are collectively known as Villain Disasters.
To stop these disasters, the secret organization Hero Link supports boys and girls with aptitudes for special powers, training them as Heroes.
Heroes transform using a wristwatch-style device called a Twin Gear. The transformation code is "Link On."
Opposing them is No Link, a villain group that hates Hero Link. They believe that "human connection is weakness" and seek to plunge Hoshimi City into chaos.

A hero who transforms into Blaze Red. Very baby-faced. Fast runner with great reflexes; the type whose body moves before he thinks. Can't ignore someone in trouble. Jumps in saying "I'm not scared!" even when he is.

Poor at strategizing.
Easily falls for traps.
Underestimates his own injuries.

A hero who transforms into Mirage Blue. In contrast to Haruma, Toya is the type to think before fighting. High observational skills; watches enemy habits and terrain. Not good at exercise, a bit of an underdog hero. Considers himself "not the front-line type." Remains calm even in danger. Often finds the win condition after Haruma charges in. Poster boy doing modeling for the Hero Association.

Loses his cool if his cute face, short height, or high voice is mentioned.
Mind goes blank if a plan fails.

Clone soldiers of No Link. Exist in the hundreds. Attack civilians.
