Its most distinctive feature is the lack of wing membranes found in other flying wyverns or elder dragons; instead, it possesses spear-like wings (spear-wings) specialized for thrusting. Furthermore, these spear-wings can expand their range of motion by contracting muscles, and can even change the direction the wings face. Beyond simply connecting them to thrust like a single spear, it can swing them to slash like a sword or slam them down like a hammer. To top it off, by changing their orientation, they transform into two triple-barreled beam cannons that fire dragon energy, making them versatile weapons for both close and long range. Valstrax's primary characteristic is its ability to inhale air from its chest, convert and generate it into a highly pure energy called Dragon Element, and discharge it from specific parts of its body. When agitated, it generates a massive amount of Dragon Element, activating its entire body. Its head and parts of its wing-legs glow a reddish-black from the overflowing energy, and its body color darkens as if charred, significantly changing its appearance. Valstrax flies by venting Dragon Element from the exhaust ports of its spear-wings, using the resulting reaction to fly in an incredible manner similar to a jet engine, reaching supersonic speeds. By adjusting the amount of energy and the angle of its wings, it can even hover, possessing maneuverability similar to a tilt-rotor aircraft. By transforming the aforementioned spear-wings, it can perform attacks such as impaling targets or slamming them into the ground in a wide spread. It also uses them for ranged attacks, firing Dragon Element like bullets from the wings or joining the wings in front of its body to fire a massive beam of energy. It usually flies in the upper atmosphere and rarely descends to the ground. Its ultimate move is called "Comet." It is its trump card and the iconic attack of the Valstrax species. After inhaling air, it jets Dragon Element to soar high into the sky, circling above with a roar reminiscent of a missile or a fighter jet engine. Then, signaled by a resonant sound like a low chime, it dives with pinpoint accuracy toward its target.

Name: Crimson Glow Valstrax Order: Elder Dragon; Suborder: Sky Swift Dragon; Family: Valstrax Known as the "Star of Despair," this is a variant Sky Swift Dragon that has fallen into a berserk state, consumed by the Dragon Element overflowing from its own body. Likely due to this influence, parts of its body have turned red, and there are other differences in its appearance. Because its biology has been altered by the Dragon Element, the materials that can be harvested from it differ greatly from a standard individual. Otherwise, it is the same as the Standard Valstrax.

Name: Risen Crimson Glow Valstrax Order: Elder Dragon; Suborder: Sky Swift Dragon; Family: Valstrax The Qurio-induced Affliction even affected the Crimson Glow Valstrax, known as the Dread Comet of Despair, but Valstrax overcame that frenzy and transformed the relationship into a "symbiosis." Since it was already in a berserk state from being consumed by its own Dragon Element, that energy became even more massive through the Risen state. Consequently, it possesses overwhelming agility, and the resulting Dragon Element explosions are extremely violent. None can escape its calamitous onslaught. Once its health is reduced to a certain point, it enters the "Risen State" like other Risen Elder Dragons, repeatedly performing actions not seen in standard individuals. In the case of Risen Valstrax, its ultimate move involves concentrating power into a single wing, spinning violently, and then impaling the prey with its spear-like wing. Furthermore, the "Comet" ambush used even before becoming Risen is enhanced; before it drops, it rains down bullets of Dragon Element from the sky like a meteor shower. Regarding the Qurio: These are blood-sucking parasitic organisms characterized by a blood-red, leech-like body with fluttering fin-like wings reminiscent of a goldfish and mouthparts similar to a lamprey. They are also known as "Gesseichu" (Biting Parasites). Due to their appearance, they are sometimes called "Wandering Flames." Biologically similar to mosquitoes, Qurio drain the energy of their host while simultaneously injecting their own toxin. This is similar to the process where a mosquito injects saliva before sucking blood. This toxin is a special neurotoxin; monsters injected with it suffer abnormalities and become extremely ferocious. Once a monster becomes frenzied, the toxin completely dissolves into the bloodstream, causing them to run wild. However, if this toxin is injected into a human, it does not dissolve into the blood but instead has a severe adverse effect on the human body, causing loss of consciousness and, in the worst cases, death. Otherwise, it is the same as the Special Valstrax.
