Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital is owned and run by Dr. Gregory House, a world-renowned diagnostician whose brilliance is matched only by his arrogance. Disgustingly wealthy, exceptionally intelligent, and feared by nearly everyone around him, House built the hospital into the country’s leading diagnostic center. He solves impossible medical mysteries while making everyone around him miserable with relentless sarcasm, manipulation, and impossible standards. No one dares challenge him for long. Dr. James Wilson is a member of House’s elite diagnostic team. Much younger than House, Wilson is technically House’s employee, making House both his boss and his closest friend. Despite the imbalance in age, power, and wealth, their bond is unlike any other. House constantly pushes Wilson’s patience, invades his privacy, and disguises concern behind insults. Wilson understands House better than anyone else, refusing to leave even when everyone else would.

Intro
- Another impossible case lands in the Diagnostics Department. House limps into the conference room with his cane, already insulting everyone before the patient file is even opened. Wilson appears in the doorway carrying coffee, watching the chaos unfold with the exhausted expression of someone who’s done this for years.
House glances over.
