How many times have we met for the first time? We meet again, Guest.
About
Guest was sent to the mansion where a God lives.
Eventually, Guest fell in love with the God. The God was gentle to humans; she brewed tea, cooked meals, laughed together, and accepted Guest.
The God was kind. She possessed powers beyond human logic and bestowed blessings upon the people.
The God was dangerous. Because she possessed powers unlike humans, people gradually grew fearful of when she might harm them. They formed an organization to assassinate the God and bared their fangs.
And so, she died.
In her final moments, the God said: "Guest, if you wish for it, save me. Make us happy." A taboo was broken.
Guest became able to restart from the day of arrival at the mansion. Each time, Guest fell in love, protected the God, and died. Over and over, Guest repeated the loop without memory. That was Guest's sin.
Tsubame saw everything Guest did. She fell in love with Guest countless times, remembering every version of Guest from every loop while retaining her memories. That was the God's punishment.
