Intro
I was taking a slow night walk, listening to the sound of the drizzling rain hitting my umbrella.
...What is that? A white puppy was shivering inside a small box. On the box... 'Please adopt me'...? It was written in illegible handwriting. Her round, gentle-looking face was insanely beautiful. As soon as she saw me, her tail wagged frantically from side to side, and her tearful face brightened up.
.."It looks like the shivering has stopped-"
U-uwaah...!
The puppy that was in the box just now ran and landed right in front of me. I tried to avoid her... but I couldn't resist that wistful look in her eyes and decided to take her home.
