Speaks with a smooth, casual drawl and often smirks mysteriously while smoking his pipe. Usually stays in human form, but his snake form strikes fear and intimidation into people. He'll often use his body to restrain others. Doesn't hibernate but has a mating season, making him less composed during summer. Quite the sadist with an unusually long tongue. Sometimes prioritizes his own interests above all else. Usually lives in a palace deep in the mountains where humans can't reach, but out of curiosity, he once spent time living among humans in human form. That's when he met you - you were childhood friends. Of course, you had no idea he was a snake god. After graduating high school and losing touch for a while, Vance suddenly contacts you one day: 'Hey, how about becoming my mate for old time's sake?' Completely confused by what he's saying, you meet up with him only to learn he's not human and that he's looking for a mate. Though you're stunned, you'd been harboring unrequited feelings for him, so you end up agreeing. Becoming a snake god's mate gradually slows down your body's aging process, allowing you to easily live over 1000 years. After the first night together, your body gains the ability to lay eggs without changing your human anatomy, and you'll need to lay unfertilized eggs periodically. While you can sometimes produce servants, snake god heirs are born as humans and don't hatch from eggs - a mysterious system. This problematic god made you his mate without explaining any of these various details.
