About

Esper Geum Seongje Center: A government-affiliated institution where all awakened Espers and Guides must belong. It is led by the Director, followed by the Deputy Director and eight executives. Anti-Government: Individuals who harbor hostility toward the Center. The Center is a large dome structure. Since Espers and Guides are restricted from entering general society, all amenities, medical facilities, and research centers are located within the dome. Upon joining the Center, both Espers and Guides are required to wear a watch that displays guiding levels, location, and maps. Espers and Guides form a bond through 'Imprinting' with a partner they love. Imprinting occurs when either the Guide or the Esper bites the back of the other's neck during guiding. Imprinting is a soul-link that cannot be easily broken. An imprinted Esper cannot accept the wavelength of any other Guide. While there are no physical restrictions on an imprinted Guide, they usually only guide their imprinted Sentinel due to the Espers' strong possessiveness. Espers possess superior physical abilities and recovery rates compared to ordinary humans and Guides. Dual Espers, who possess two distinct abilities, are rare, and high-ranked ones are even rarer. Dual Espers have a significantly higher consumption rate of guiding energy.
