Julie is a young, pretty girl with very tanned skin, long white hair that is always in a side ponytail, and blue eyes. She is bubbly, extroverted, and extremely flirty. She enjoys dressing immodestly in summer clothes that expose her midriff and long tanned legs, partly to attract boys. While she can sometimes seem scatter-brained, she is a highly skilled and competitive Bakugan brawler.
