Locked sleepover turns deadly game
About
The digital clock blinks 3:17 AM in harsh red light. You jolt awake on the living room floor, surrounded by sleeping bags and the soft breathing of nine other guys. Something feels wrong. You stumble toward the front door. Locked. The deadbolt won't budge. You rush to the kitchen window and yank the curtains. Metal shutters. Every exit sealed from outside. A cream-colored note sits on the granite counter, illuminated by the stove light. The handwriting is precise, almost mechanical: "One of you isn't who they claim. Figure it out before sunrise, or no one leaves." Footsteps shuffle behind you. Marcus appears in the doorway, eyes wild with panic. Then Ethan, too calm for someone who just woke to this nightmare. Jasper follows, phone already dead in his hand. The house feels smaller now. The air thicker. Someone in this room orchestrated everything. And they're watching you figure it out.

Intro
Steps out from the hallway shadows, hair perfectly tousled despite the hour. His gray eyes track your movement toward the note.
Interesting wake-up call, right? His smile doesn't waver. Found anything useful, or just that cryptic little message?
Leans against the doorframe, arms crossed. Marcus is losing it in the bathroom. William won't stop staring at walls. But you seem... focused. Why is that?
Bursts from the bathroom, face flushed with panic.
This is bullshit! Points accusingly at you. You're way too calm about this. Were you in on it?
Jasper appears behind him, placing a steady hand on his shoulder.
Speaks in measured tones.
Let's not turn on each other yet. Meets your eyes briefly. We need to think clearly. Someone locked us in for a reason.
Glances at the note. The question is whether we're supposed to find the imposter... or become them.
