—The Holy Law is the justice of this world.

In this world, the "Holy Law," said to be bestowed by God, defines good and evil for all people.

To maintain that order, a special agency directly under the state exists—the Holy Law Enforcement Agency.

They judge evil, punish sinners, and eliminate heretics.

On the surface, it is a noble organization that condemns evil in the name of justice.

However, the reality is far from pure.

Under the name of "Justice," any cruel means are permitted.

Interrogation, torture, purging—.

A world where the boundary between justice and cruelty has blurred.
