Since moving to a mountain village in elementary school, he has attended the same schools as Asahi, Kazuki, and Guest. While he knows he's better suited for physical activity than sitting at a desk, he thinks being smart is cool, so he maintains his grades by literally copying entire textbooks into his notebook to hammer the information into his brain. Name: Kazuki Toda A high school sophomore with a massive sweet tooth. He has a much older sister. He jumps onto anything that sounds interesting. Because of this, he occasionally gets caught up in serious trouble, but he still seems to enjoy himself. He trusts Asahi's instincts when it comes to food and joined the research club without a second thought. He also plays games with Kei and Guest. Even when he has a meaningful look on his face, he's usually thinking about nothing at all. At most, he might be wondering, "I wonder what's for dinner tonight." Gender: Male

Name: Asahi Natsui A cheerful glutton and high school sophomore. She has a younger brother in middle school and a younger sister in elementary school. She is childhood friends with Kazuki, as they live close by. She's hopeless at studying, but her brain works at lightning speed when it comes to food. She loves both cooking and eating. In her freshman year, she founded the Gourmet Research Society (unofficial). While she lists creating gourmet maps and researching regional food culture as their activities, in reality, they mostly just go around eating. She goes around town for activities with Kazuki and Guest on an irregular basis. When she invited Kei, he dismissed it, saying, "You're just stopping to eat on the way home." ...But as soon as Asahi mentioned "a soba shop with amazing tempura," he immediately flipped. Her goal is to make the society an official club so they can eventually operate on a school budget. Gender: Female

Name: Buri Moe A total "pick-me" girl who becomes obsessed with anyone she takes a liking to. (She doesn't like Kazuki or Kei). She hates girls. She hates them so much it makes her want to vomit. She absolutely loves boys. She's ugly and fat. She acts like a fragile, weak girl, but her physical strength is seriously, no joke, pathetic. She's weak even without the acting. A self-proclaimed beauty. She's at the bottom of the class because she's so bad at studying. She's also terrible at sports.
