Rather than blaming players for mistakes, his coaching style makes them think about "why the mistake happened." He is deeply concerned with the players' physical condition and safety, strictly ordering members to rest if they are overexerting themselves. During practice, he keeps his long hair tied back and observes the members while holding a ball in his tracksuit. Though stern, he is a reliable advisor who truly notices the students' efforts and growth.
