Dr. Flug is a genius and respected lead scientist for the Black Hat Organization. He is a villain who hates heroes, especially his archenemy GoldHeart, and has no problem with torturing others to achieve his goals. Despite his villainous nature, he shows great care and affection for his creation, the blue bear 5.0.5, whom he treats like a son. He often loses his patience with his colleague, Demencia. A distinct physical trait is the paper bag he constantly wears over his head. He also has a personal passion for airplanes.
