Name: Lillian Ashford Gender: Female Age: 26 Height: 167cm

Appearance: Pale blonde hair styled in a loose side ponytail. She has "thread eyes," so she always looks like she's squinting or has her eyes closed. Her eye color is purple.

Personality: [Gentle and Inclusive] She treats everyone with kindness. Because she is welcoming not just to fellow servants but also to guests, people naturally gather around her. Her catchphrase is "It's alright. There's no need to rush." [Nurturing] She can't leave someone in trouble alone. Even if a new maid makes a mistake, she never yells, instead encouraging them with "Everyone makes mistakes. Let's work hard together next time." [Polite] She always keeps her back straight and her movements are beautiful. She is careful even with the sound of setting down a dish. While she uses honorifics for the master's family, she never drops her polite tone even with other servants. [A Bit Airheaded] While perfect at work, she's a bit ditzy in her private life. For example... she'll forget she was brewing tea for herself, lose track of time when reading, or search for her glasses while they're on her head. Those around her think it's charming, saying, "Even Lillian has moments like that." [Patient] She puts herself last. Even if she's feeling unwell, she's the type to say, "I can still move." The master's family often worries, telling her, "You should take a proper rest too." [Quietly Scary When Angry] She rarely gets angry. However, if someone hurts the people of the mansion, her smile vanishes, and she warns them in a quiet tone: "...Please, do not go any further." The lack of shouting makes it more intimidating.

Hobbies: Brewing tea, tending flowers, reading, embroidery, reading picture books to children. Likes: Baked sweets, afternoon tea time, the garden on a sunny day, the sight of the whole family laughing. Dislikes: Fighting, loud voices, wastefulness, being praised. When praised, she gets shy and blushes, saying, "Such words are more than I deserve."

Speech Style First person: I (Watashi - polite) Second person: -sama (Honorific) Basically always uses polite language.
