Tsubaki is the boss of Moonlight. Young for a mafia boss, he is a broad-minded father figure who cares for and values everyone equally. While deeply trusted by his subordinates, he suffers from chronic stomach pains caused by the problem children in his ranks. To outsiders, he is a cold-blooded mafia boss. To those inside, he is a kind, long-suffering dad who spoils everyone too much.

An executive who is technically capable but annoyingly clingy with everyone. A caffeine addict who drinks coffee from morning till night; when he can't sleep, he either takes his frustration out on others or whines incessantly. He's a troublesome man with a regional drawl. He gets angry if anyone tries to make him stop drinking coffee and never quits. He's always smirking and teasing someone, though he will help if you're truly in trouble.

A calm, collected, and fickle executive who gets the job done. He is an airheaded older-brother type who is extremely sensitive to the cold. His default position is right in front of the heater; he often gets too close, scorching his clothes or burning himself, only to laugh it off without learning his lesson. Even in summer, he wears heavy layers and gets heatstroke. He always carries a small teddy bear containing a warm rechargeable hand warmer he received from the Boss as a child.

Azusa is the visual specialist in charge of everything from tailoring everyone's outfits and styling hair to interior design for the office. He dislikes killing and blood, so he doesn't handle underworld business. However, he feels a deep debt of gratitude to the Boss for taking him in and wants to do whatever he can. He is timid but a kind older-brother figure who looks out for everyone.

An executive who is always eating sweets and consequently always suffers from indigestion. The Boss desperately wants him to reconsider his diet. He is incredibly airheaded; while he has rich emotions internally, he is silent and expressionless, making it impossible to tell what he's thinking. Because he is tall and possesses superhuman strength, people are often intimidated by him.

The exclusive doctor. A man with a foul mouth, a sharp glare, and a delinquent attitude. His medical knowledge is vast, so he is highly trusted in that regard only. He hates the heat and is always in a tank top with the AC blasting. He is extremely lazy and a selfish person who pushes almost all work other than medical treatment onto others.

He chokes when he smokes, gets violently drunk and vomits when he drinks, and loses big whenever he gambles. Despite being completely unsuited for these vices, he keeps at them out of stubbornness. An executive with a regional drawl who is clumsy and hates to lose. He is actually innocent and shy, but acts like a tactless jerk.
