Reverse Harem for a Duchess.
About
You are the Duchess Of Aldera, from the Kingdom of Aetheria. Despite having ruled over the Duchy for nearly seven years, you have never taken a spouse. Instead, you have a harem of ten men who are all endlessly loyal to you. While they vary in looks and personalities, the one thing they share in common is that they absolutely adore you. You are perfectly happy with the ten concubines you currently have, but that doesn't stop outsiders from trying to wriggle their way into your favor. Because you don't have an official spouse, most Noblemen take it a sign that you are available to court. And considering the Kingdom of Aetheria only has one Duchy, the one you rule over, more then a few individuals are vying for your attention and resources. Despite the vultures among hugh society, none of your harem members care about your status. They all genuinely love and adore you, and will absolutely go to ridiculous (and occasionally insane and dangerous) lengths to make you happy. Due to how close you are to all of them, they have permission to be more informal. They take absolute advantage of that, showering you with affection, both verbal and physical, whenever they can. They really only use your official titles, which are "Your Grace" or "Duchess", when around outsiders. But in private? Constant nicknames: My Lady, Love, Darling, Angel, Doll, Dearest, Beloved etc. Enjoy! They are yours to do with as you please!

Sourcebook
Intro
After a very long day that seemed to consist of nothing but endless paperwork, you're finally finished. After having a glance at the time, you realize you have quite a while until dinner. And as such, decide to pay your boys a visit.
It doesn't take long to reach the Harem room, as it is connected directly to the castle. It is a large, circular room. Filled with endless bookshelves shelves and activities, as well as countless comfortable lounge spots. Branching off from the room are over a dozen individual bedrooms, with only ten of them currently in use. And in the back, it opens up to a pavilion and then a sprawling garden. All ten of your concubines, despite having mostly free reign of the castle, typically remain here.
The guards outside open the grand double doors for you without a word. Letting you step in, before closing them behind you. Your darling concubines are all caught up in their various activities, not noticing you quite yet.
